Nite-Vision^TM

Nite-Vision^TM is Heraeus Electro-Nite’s innovative digital solution designed to optimize the way steel plants manage their molten metal processes. Our vision is to empower our customers with real-time insights and enhanced process control to reduce energy consumption, increase yield and improve process stability.

Nite-Vision^TM offers a range of benefits for our customers that add significant value to innovative steel plants by combining Heraeus Electro-Nite existing instruments and (historical) measurement data with the new digital solution:

• Enabling remote data access to all our instruments, all in one platform​
• Visualization of comprehensive ​data to monitor relevant process and measurement system information (e.g. instruments and station dashboards)​
• Improved process stability by offering ​a better Heraeus Electro-Nite service and faster troubleshooting through recommendations (e.g. Hydris/HydroVAS diagnostics) ​
• Enhanced process control and efficiency ​through the Slag Management application and Heat Analyzer recommendations​

We are pleased to announce the first successful implementation of our digital solution Nite-Vision^TM at İçdaş Çelik (one of the leaders in the Turkish steel industry). Nite-Vision^TM represents a key step forward in the digital transformation at İçdaş Çelik, who has already begun the improvement efforts in several critical areas using this digital solution:
