Wire Treatment Technology
The use of the WireMaster wire treatment system, ideally in conjunction with an addition station for bulk materials for alloy fine correction, enables the production of GJS and GJV cast iron to be automated to the greatest possible extent. This method enables a stable and reliable process to be realised. Combined with Electro-Nite's proprietary GJS/GJV Navigator process control software, the manufacturing process can be fully controlled and documented while minimising human influence.
